Good to see you!
Hi, how are you?
I’m Shelley, and I help leaders, staff, partners, and communities move from ideas to impact.
Achieving, together
Collaborative
Collaboration fuels success. As an extension of your team, I immerse myself in your vision and goals to build opportunities for others to join and advance your cause. Utilizing my expertise to help you develop a cohesive strategy that is deeply inclusive, embraces key partners, builds equitable solutions, and actualizes impact.
Change
Change is constant. Clear, consistent communication is key before, during, and after decision making cycles. I create environments where transparency is natural and productive. Your voice and attention is crucial to retaining partners through change. I am your partner in honing your message and building consensus.
Street art message from New Orleans. John H, one of the anonymous street artists who created this and other signs after 2005, said they were meant to be "felt, not rationally dissected" and that the message was designed to encourage people to be more tolerant and patient. This message in particular resonates with me and informs my approach to work and life.
